East Sussex based manufacturers and distributors of quality sporting goods, Grays has been working with NetVector since 2006. Our early interaction was to resolve a hacking attempt the previous IT provider was struggling with and this was quickly followed by taking over all IT support for the company. Since then we have upgraded the internal systems 3 times over moving from old physical servers to hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions using virtualisation and Veeam backup & DR solutions that allow Grays to benefit from their multi-site locations.

New SonicWALL firewalls have been fitted and upgraded with live security services scanning all inbound traffic and protecting the network. A critical server application has recently been migrated onto an Azure hosted platform for reliable and consistent delivery of service on a 24x7 basis.

NetVector is the trusted provider of infrastructure solutions and works with the in-house development team and external software providers to update and maintain the smooth running of IT systems.

Our regular engineer visits twice a month to resolve any user issues, carry out checks and deploy new devices as needed and this is combined with access to our helpdesk service who will respond to user requests and issues immediately using our secure remote access tools.
