This large hotel in Bromley has been working with NetVector since 2009 and we have provided IT consultancy and support services during that time. Our first job was to upgrade the aging server and to replace with new hardware. In 2018 the hotel underwent a major renovation and as part of that the cabling and network infrastructure was completely replaced, this included new network switches and a server room constructed to locate a new virtualised server and associated equipment.
As Bromley Court is a large hotel there was a need to interconnect different areas with fibre to provide the necessary services and to setup VLAN’s to separate internal staff networks, customer internet access and retail till systems. As part of our managed service a regular NetVector engineer, Russell, is assigned to Bromley Court Hotel and he visits monthly to ensure everything is running smoothly.
