ID&C make wristbands, lanyards and passes for the festival industry and have been a customer of NetVector since 2010. The UK based company, located in Kent, undertook rapid expansion and NetVector helped them set up a new satellite office in Florida, USA giving staff access to the services required from the UK office. The setup includes both cloud hosting and on-premise service delivery and they are currently undergoing a migration of email from Exchange to Office 365 for both UK and USA divisions. Alongside this a separate company has been acquired and merged into the business and NetVector has assisted to move this company physically into ID&C’s office and set up secure shared access to its systems for staff members. NetVector has also set up conference video solutions and secure remote access for staff to meet the needs of collaboration and remote working along with full offsite Veeam image backups to our private hosted platform.
