Chris Knott Insurance in Hastings, selected NetVector as their new IT Service provider in 2014. Our first job was a complete refresh of the IT systems onto a new virtualised hardware platform and upgrading the end user PC’s to Windows 10 and Office 365 applications. Offsite backup was set up and internet connectivity upgraded.
More recently the old telephone system was replaced with a new 3CX telephone system. This enabled Chris Knott to quickly react to the pandemic as it allows for full remote connectivity for all users via a mobile app or soft phone headsets on a laptop. Coupled with a highly secure VPN access system for staff Chris Knott was able to operate completely from home to help their customers with no loss of service or functionality.
