West Sussex based insurance brokers, Omni Brokers LTD have been working with NetVector for their IT requirements for over ten years. During that time NetVector has supported them through an Office 365 migration, a new onsite hardware platform to deliver their critical OpenGI insurance application and moving them between various offices following acquisition and expansion.
Omni brokers recognise the critical nature of access to their systems and for that reason chose to set up a Disaster Recovery solution with NetVector on our private hosted cloud services. This service was invoked recently allowing Omni to operate seamlessly from the DR environment whilst an onsite failure was rectified, avoiding long periods of downtime.
